catering and was at a loss in Toronto with no premium direct to
market product. 5+
years of experience in the operational side of private charter has
allowed Kurt to specifically tailor this product and understand the
process and requirements of this specific industry.

All of our products are made fresh daily by Executive Chef
Paul Winstone. Produce,
breads and meats are delivered each day at 4:00am. We have tailored
all of our packaging to be environmentally friendly and sized to fit
perfectly in onboard ovens and stows. Our large kitchen and diverse
culinary experience, allow us to excel in customized requests and to
tailor the best experience for your client.
