How you ask? Spectrum Catering owns their very own Mobile Kitchens that can turn your event into your very own personal restaurant.  With these Mobile Kitchens we are able to cook wherever you please, so your hors d’oeuvres are fresh and hot on the spot!

Not looking for hot hors d’oeuvres?  No problem!  We also have a wide variety of cold, or even mix and match!
