We have pioneered mobile catering in Eastern Canada with our self-contained mobile catering kitchens.  Your favorite park, estate, or private home can transform into your personal special event location.

Spectrum Catering will supply complete bar service, including certified bartenders and service staff, supplies and condiments.

We will also arrange all rentals on your behalf by one of our rental agents at cost.
