I have to tell you that you and
Spectrum Catering hit it out of the park with our wedding. Your
attention to details and level of service are second to none. As
for your food, it was quite simply the best we have ever had a
catered event. Everybody raved about it and I know the ravings
were not just normal hyperbole. Everyone thought the food was
spectacular- "always fresh" was one of the recurring
comments - it just didn't look or taste like a
"Typical" buffet. Thanks so much for your help making
our day Special.
